In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are unable to deliver to high-risk areas such as hospitals, clinics or identified COVID-19 clusters.
In addition, there will be additional measures to adhere to social distancing guidelines:
No signature required by recipient upon delivery
Deliverymen will place item outside the door and wait at a distance of at least one metre for recipient to come to the door.
Our delivery service is available 7 days a week, island-wide, except to the following locations:
Army Camps / Police Camps
Additional charge of $15 will apply for the following areas:
Orders have to be made 2 days in advance. Standard delivery timings are strictly 9am-6pm. For special timings and urgent deliveries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
We do not deliver internationally.
Delivery charges vary depending on the collection type and are stated in the product description. Depending on the size of your order, multiple products to a single location may incur additional charges. This is for one delivery attempt only. The sender is responsible for providing full and accurate details for delivery and ensuring that the recipient or alternative contact point will be available to receive the item during the allotted time.
Should the delivery be unsuccessful and the item returned to Fern & Foli, a second delivery will only be attempted after an additional delivery fee is paid. This is subject to the available delivery time slots. For fresh flowers, we will not be responsible for the condition of the item upon redelivery as they are fragile & perishable items.
